These were the centerpieces I made for the guest tables. They each a one character from the show inside and they each had a gift too. The table mats were my favorite piece. I cut out and hand painted each one.   This was the set up for the gift table. I made the diaper cake for a centerpiece and used some props also.  This was the table Mom & Dad sat at. Minnie's dress! I made the name sign for the centerpiece.  These are the tables the guest sat at. 
The mom-to-be can wear these at her shower. They can be given to her special guest ie granparents, hostess, or by her guest. Why not add a pair in your invitations. It's also a suttle way to let dad or others know you are expecting. just put a pair on and wait for their reactions when they notice.
